As a sustainability student, DEI is a necessary lens for creating new inclusive and intersectional systems. Coming from Ecuador, a country of incredible natural wealth yet significant social divides, I have seen local interests and the environment sidelined for economic progress. This reality fuels my commitment to champion more equitable and integrated systems.
